Adjusting Your mindset

Did you know, it is estimated that the average person has between 12,000 and 70,000 thoughts each day, often mindless and repetitive? And whether you realize it or not, you are already creating your reality through the thoughts you are choosing.

Mindset coaching helps you understand how to shift your mindset to support the life you want to live. Together, we will uncover your habitual thought patterns and self-limiting stories. We will bring awareness and curiosity to where these perspectives originally came from and upgrade them to better serve your desired life experience.

Every aspect of your life, from the state of your finances to the state of your health and your relationships, is accurately revealing your thoughts and your core beliefs. Are you listening? Each of us has the opportunity to take responsibility for what we choose to think. We, in fact, are the thinker of our thoughts.

How It Works

Changing our thought patterns requires practice just like any other change in behavior we’d like to experience. Each one of us is totally capable of changing our lives through transforming our thoughts. A thought is just a thought, and a thought can always be changed.

Together, we dive into your thought patterns and find where your struggles come from. I help you pinpoint those challenging areas and we work together on transforming them. This can include:

  • Your relationship with yourself and others

  • Your relationship with food

  • Your relationship with money

  • Your personal approach to life itself

Working On Your Mindset

Notice Without Judgement:

Can you identify one or more limiting beliefs you have about yourself? Can you identify where they came from?

Keep It Simple:

Spending just five minutes a day in self-reflection will have a huge impact on bringing awareness to your limiting beliefs.

Plan and Prepare:

Create the space in your calendar to incorporate the daily practice of re-writing your story and developing empowering beliefs through reading, journaling, meditation and the use of affirmations.

My life has changed with Holly because she offers such a personal approach to my overall wellness. She has taught me to listen. It isn’t about completing the reps, it is about honoring how you feel. I just love having her in my life as a resource and tool to go to when I am doing awesome or when I do not feel regulated.
